2-Day Revival Stretch workshop Experience Immerse yourself in the stretch workshop while learning a full table-stretch sequence. Optional Add-On Day 3 (additional cost $500): Advanced floor stretches. Masterclass Day: Step into mastery and elevate your stretching practice. This course is structured with 1 hour theory, and 13 hours practical over 2 days. No prerequisites required. (Additional 4-5 hours for day 3) There will be PowerPoint presentations covering anatomy and contents of course. Practical demonstrations for every stretch and sequence. Practical learning for participants and observations completed throughout every session with course trainer. Certificate of completion after all full days are completed. Learning outcomes: Participants are expected to have a clear understanding of appropriate passive stretches for their clients and confidence to complete a full body passive stretch treatment safely and effectively. Course fee must be paid in full before Day 1 begins (Afterpay available) Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable/loose clothing.
